Michael V. Naseef, Esquire
Michael’s practice focuses on real estate, business matters, and related litigation. His practice encompasses all facets of real estate and land use. He represents investors in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, along with leasing and financing matters. In addition, he has appeared before numerous municipal boards throughout Chester and Delaware Counties in land development and zoning related matters. Michael’s clients range from families purchasing their first home to developers, investors, and builders.
Michael also serves as counsel for numerous small and medium sized businesses. He advises business owners on issues ranging from their initial corporate formation to shareholder and operational matters, contract negotiations, along with the sale and purchase of assets.
Michael’s litigation practice includes business contract disputes, enforcement of non-compete contracts, and commercial debt collection. In the area of real estate litigation, Michael handles all types of commercial and residential matters including land use appeals, construction litigation, title issues, disputes between sellers and buyers, and seller’s disclosure actions. Michael also represents commercial and residential property owners in the appeal of their real estate tax assessment.
