Michael J. Lyons, Esquire
Michael has practiced law in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania for more than 30 years. Michael’s practice focuses mainly on real estate matters including all types of residential and commercial business transactions; preparing Agreements of Sale, negotiating terms, and follow-through to closing. He also provides counsel and preparation of corporate matters. His practice also encompasses zoning matters including prior representation of Townships, and current representation of residential and commercial clients who require conditional use and variance issues; Subdivision and Land Development applications; and attendance at Zoning Hearings at various townships. Michael handles litigation and appeals in these matters at the County Court level, the Commonwealth Court level and at the Supreme Court level.
Another large part of Michael’s practice involves estate planning matters from Wills, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills, through complex matters involving federal estate planning and trusts. Michael also handles estate administration matters from Probate through preparation and completion of Inheritance Tax Returns both with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Federal Returns.
