Dan was admitted to practice in August of 1979.  He started his practice as a sole practitioner in Media, Delaware County but relocated his practice to the Kennett Square area in 1989.  In January 1994, Dan was sworn in as the Magisterial District Judge for District Court 15-3-04, comprising Kennett Square Borough, Kennett, Pennsbury, Pocopson, Newlin, Birmingham and East Marlborough Townships.  Though a sitting judge, Dan continued to practice law part-time until he left the bench in January 2016.  He currently practices law full time and occasionally teaches criminal law courses as an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University.

Though born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Dan has been a resident of the Kennett area for the past 27 years.  He is married to Patricia, his high school sweet heart and has 2 sons, 1 granddaughter and 2 Siamese cats.  Dan is a former licensed private pilot, enjoys gardening, cooking, good wine and fine Scotch.  He is a member and on the Board of Governors of the University & Whist Club in Wilmington and a member of the Kennett Square Golf and Country Club.
